bath time

Here are a few photos from Rowan's bathtime last night. She is really too big for her tub now! Her splashing is much more vigorous now, too. Next bath, she is going in the real bathtub.

Rowan really likes her bathtime. Daddy sings the "rub-a-dub-dub, baby's in the tub" song. She gets to have naked time and splash. Then she gets snuggled by towels. Sometimes, Rowan gets sleepy when we first put her into the warm water. It's so funny to see her nodding off in the bath.

sometimes, we like to pull up the towel and flash mommy and daddy

Rowan is now flexing her rolling-over muscles any chance she gets. She doesn't completely roll over, but she gets up onto her side without any trouble at all. And now she grabs whatever she can reach - in this case, the towel - and munches it!
Now Rowan has thunder-thighs and dimples

Nigel is Rowan's primary bath-provider. I'm just support staff. :-) I think Nigel enjoys this time with Rowan.
Rowan contemplated munching Daddy's thumb. And then she did.
