an eight-month photo update

Look how well we can sit up.

Rowan has a ball.

Rowan is now very excited about standing up. She LOVES it and even seems to have reasonably good balance as long as she isn't too excited. :-) Holding on to the couch is great, and the rug behind her is nice and soft when she falls on her bum.

Rowan can't pull herself up yet, though, or get herself into a sitting position without being sat down. We are thinking that we should lower the crib though, just in case she suddenly figures it out.

Get up, stand up.
